Established in 1959, Vic's Construction & Sons Company (“VICS”) started its operations under Vic’s Construction Supply, primarily engaged in the distribution of construction materials and supplies. Upon seeing the potential in introducing foreign products to the Philippine market, the company began its business of importation. VICS was able to acquire the exclusive distributorship of Hitachi Power
Tools from Japan, being granted the license to distribute in the Philippines. It preceded the importation of other brands of industrial products from countries like Germany, France, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, and many more. Since then, the company has diversified and entered other business lines such as hardware, machinery and mills supply. With its vast experience of more than 60 years, it has established strategic partnerships with a wide variety of international companies, providing top-class products ranging from machineries, tools and spare parts for general construction, plumbing, wood working, painting, factory and building maintenance, to name a few.
