Humbled to share exciting milestone achieved with Construction Solutions Resources - CSR in partnership with NMB SPLICE SLEEVE JAPAN, LTD. for one of the most transformative infrastructure projects in Sindh – the Malir Expressway!
Set to become the largest Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the province, this 39.3 km expressway is reshaping the way we think about mobility and urban development in Karachi. As a four-lane, dualized corridor connecting the southern parts of the city, the Malir Expressway is designed to cut travel time to just 25 minutes, easing congestion and dramatically improving regional connectivity. And now, we’ve hit a major milestone – the inauguration of a 9.1 km section by the Sindh Government. A huge step forward on the road to full completion in 2025!

- Precast technology to fast-track construction
- Mechanical Grout Splice Sleeves for secure, high-strength connections
- Efficient CIP piers and transom placement using cranes for rapid and precise installation.
One of the standout moments?
The successful launch of a 70-ton precast transom at Quaidabad Ramp Grid 6 in just 30 minutes on January 28, 2025 – a brilliant display of coordination and innovation!
⏱️ Thanks to these techniques, we've slashed construction time by 40%, reduced traffic disruptions, and ensured safety without compromising quality. The results speak for themselves — daily financial savings of Rs. 15.34 million, totaling over Rs. 4.43 billion over 289 days!
