Our client, a leading apparel brand, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce, specifically in the apparel industry with a background in Research and Development.
Responsibilities:
โข Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy to increase online sales and improve customer experience
โข Oversee the company's online store, ensuring it is fully functional and optimized for sales
โข Conduct research on the latest E-commerce trends, technologies, and customer preferences
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
โข Develop new product ideas and concepts that align with the brand's strategy
โข Create product briefs, specifications, and timelines
โข Source and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers
โข Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and guidelines
Requirements:
โข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
โข 4-5 years of experience in E-commerce, specifically in the apparel industry
โข Knowledge of Research and Development and new product development processes
โข Strong project management and communication skills
โข Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
โข Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
