Case 1:

Client: Hi, I would like to enquire on wall painting for 5 room flat?

Fix It Nona: Sure, not a problem. the quotation will be...*******************

Client: Your price is a bit too high. It's Okay. thanks

one week later.........

Client: Hi. I have my house painted but contractor paint over the wall holes instead of patching up with wall putty. can you help to patch up the wall holes? and repaint the affected wall. I have no choice, the painter said there will be additional charges and the charges are insane!

Ended up Customer is paying more than what we first quote them.

Lesson learnt: YES. There is a lot of painters out there who sell their service at the lowest price. but always remember (you pay peanuts, you get monkeys) Go through with the contractors, with certain amount, what service will be rendered? is there any extra charges?

Fix it NONA practices Quality then Quantity of job we received per day. We rather have small amount of job, but we do it with Quality.
