Shangarf foundation goes back to past having over 40 years of experience in design, engineering, development and execution of various industrial projects accomplished with the help of a team of our skilled and experienced engineers. Initially we worked in the field of agricultural high-tech projects including design and construction of Hydroponic Culture Systems, Green houses, Controlled Culture Units, Culture Machines, Incubators and Culture Chambers. Creation of Environmental Control Engineering (E.C.E) was the result of this part of our activity which was obtained by our teamwork in KESHTABIRAN Engineering Institute (foundation 1980). Performing these projects needed industrial basics including project scheduling, project control and design and construction of machineries which made us to point to utilizing hardware and software systems. To make the projects viable, we formed a special team for each activity. These activities spread in a wide range and in some cases they opened up new and independent fields of activities. In the other side as we perform design and managing of the projects by ourselves in many projects, we are able to completely handle all the related steps in that including financial works, procurement of machineries and equipment from local and external sources. So we work on both place.
