VANJ Factory Office Decoration
Vanj Town is where our factory is located. The whole town has a population of just 20,000.
Since our opening on June 25, 2025, we initially faced shortages of manpower and output. Coming back here this year, I have spent three days inspecting the workshop and making gradual improvements – machinery maintenance, packaging, and daily supplies support.
The mountain mine is still covered in snow, and the roads are being cleared. Access will be restored in four days. The equipment for underground mining is still on the way and is expected to reach the mountain in about a week. We will definitely start underground mining this month.
During this trip to Tajikistan, I have seen that more and more marble deposits have been discovered across the country – there appear to be 10 to 20 varieties, most of them concentrated right here in Vanj. The local geological conditions yield high-quality marble with excellent jade-like texture and light-transmitting properties. I hope more professional Chinese mining teams will come here to develop these resources.
Vanj is still an untouched land, far from any sense of sophistication or premium quality. Today I spent some time decorating this wall in the office, and it lifted my spirits. The wall is small, but with limited materials, I have managed to add a touch of elegance. It is a small flame of hope.
These stones are native to this land. With artistic processing and design, could they not bring about wonderful possibilities?
One should not live purely by sentiment, yet if a person has no sentiment at all and is driven only by a naked pursuit of money, can they truly be happy?
What I strive for is to balance sentiment with a sound business mind.
