SOLAS Spray Stop Anti Splashing Tape.

Sizes available 50mm, 100mm and 250mm.
Length 10m.

IMO Solas regulation states that all piping joints and flanges on ships which carry flammable liquids must be protected with this tape.

Anti-splash tape is a required safety feature in maritime engine rooms to prevent fires from oil leaks, mandated by SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) and enforced by organizations like the IMO. The tape, often made of aramid cloth with an aluminum foil coating, is applied to pipes and flanges to control and contain leaks, converting a spray into a dripping liquid that is less likely to cause ignition.
