1. Pizza Dough
Ingredients
• 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Warm Water
• 2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour.
3. Mix and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
5. Roll out and use for pizza.
2. Bread Dough
Ingredients
• 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 1/4 cups Warm Water
• 2 1/4 tsp Yeast
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Butter or Oil
Instructions
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
2. Add butter, salt, and flour gradually.
3. Knead until elastic and smooth.
4. Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours.
5. Shape, place in loaf pan, and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 30–35 minutes.
3. Cinnamon Roll Dough
Ingredients
• 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Warm Milk
• 2 1/4 tsp Yeast
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Butter, softened
• 1 Large Egg
Instructions
1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
2. Add butter, egg, and flour.
3. Knead until soft and smooth.
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Roll out, add filling, shape rolls, and bake.
4. Pie Dough
Ingredients
• 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1 cup Cold Butter (cubed)
• 5–6 tbsp Ice Water
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
2. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
3. Add ice water slowly until dough forms.
4. Shape into a disk, wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out and use for pies.
5. Pasta Dough
Ingredients
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 3 Large Eggs
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Make a well in flour and add eggs, oil, and salt.
2. Mix until dough forms.
3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
4. Rest dough for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out and cut into desired pasta shapes.
6. Bagel Dough
Ingredients
• 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 3/4 cup Warm Water
• 2 1/4 tsp Yeast
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
1. Activate yeast in warm water and sugar.
2. Add flour and salt; knead until firm.
3. Let rise for 1 hour.
4. Shape into bagels.
5. Boil for 1 minute per side, then bake at 220°C / 425°F for 20–22 minutes.
