手動夾頭
​對的手動夾頭
​確實還是有節拍長的工作，當加工時間得要15-20分鐘的時候，上料的速度，和換料的效率就不是這麼重要了。這樣還要考慮自動化挾持嗎？還是手動夾頭一放，校心鎖固就可以開工不用拉線，不用控程，讓夾頭緊緊地抱住工件就好。

​檢驗室桌上固定好，想要的量具過來，撥桿搞丟了就拿抽屜躺很久沒用的一字起子來用也行。
​
​超小顆，不是齒輪咬合，不會鬆，沒有背隙。
​雖然是方的，但是我有留內孔定心圓，掛車床磨床也不是不行。

Manual Collet Chuck
Sometimes the simplest solution is the best one.
When machining takes 15–20 minutes per cycle, speed of loading or swapping parts isn’t the main concern. Do we really need automation here? Not always. With a manual chuck, just set it, lock it, and you’re ready to go—no wires, no programming, just solid grip on your workpiece.

On the inspection bench, it’s just as handy. Lost the lever? No problem—grab a flathead screwdriver from the drawer and keep going.

Compact, precise, and with zero backlash.
Square on the outside, but with a centering bore inside—so yes, it can run on lathes or grinders too.

手動的夾頭
很容易因為“手動”就被直覺認為精度可能就這樣。
基本可以在0.015mm內，精配可以期待0.01內的重複挾持精度。
可以應用的範圍，我想會是檢測，四軸，五軸，或是其他任何工作時間比較長，或是換模效率比較沒這麼要求的工況。

既然這次用中文廣告頁，英文就算了。

5C manual collet chuck

傳統三爪沒什麼不好，就是當工件永遠都是同樣幾件時，轉換起來總是有點缺憾，像是挾持變形，像是精度不穩定，像是工作節拍就那樣。

於是客戶換成筒夾夾頭，CPC44不只能用包覆性的挾持，也能簡單轉換成內張模式，更棒的是精度都維持在預期的範圍之內，比三爪更穩。

There is nothing wrong with the traditional three-jaw jaw system, except that when the workpieces are always the same, there are always some flaws in the conversion, such as deformation of the clamping, unstable accuracy, and just the working rhythm.

So the customer changed to a collet chuck. CPC44 can be clamped in an enveloping manner, and can also be easily converted into an inward-expanding mode. What’s even better is that the accuracy is maintained within the expected range, and it is more stable than a three-jaw chuck.

桌上車床在早期就是廉價勞動力的代表也是各種專用機的出發點，我至今也看過不少腦洞超開的應用，這一個是四公序整合在刀塔上的黃銅件加工。

看出來什麼了嗎。

​黃銅水龍頭的好處多多，相比那些帶鍍層的水龍頭，銅的抗菌又耐用。我趕緊打聽這是誰家的件，我以後只買他們家的飲水機。

手動系列上架

我們在2024年公布了第一款手動5C夾具
今年則在年關之前，上架了手動的16C和橡膠筒夾42BZI系列。在參考貴鬆鬆的紅色手動夾頭以外，有另外一顆銀閃閃的台灣製作可以參考。
手動夾頭以撥桿驅動，輕鬆使用，強力夾持。可成排在加工中心，或是安裝在空間緊湊的四五軸上提供比三爪更穩定的重複夾精度，且能快速更換夾持尺寸，我覺得香，還可以有效擺脫氣動/油壓夾具其他的驅動源配置和線路箝制。

In 2024, we unveiled our first manual 5C collet chuck. This year, just before the end of the year, we launched the manual 16C and rubber collet 42BZI series. Besides the expensive red manual chuck, there's also a shiny silver Taiwan-made option to consider.

The manual chuck is driven by a lever, making it easy to use and providing a strong grip. It can be lined up in machining centers or installed on compact four- and five-axis machines, offering more stable repeat clamping accuracy than three-jaw chucks. Plus, it allows for quick changes in clamping sizes, which I find quite appealing. It also effectively eliminates the need for other power sources and line constraints associated with pneumatic/hydraulic chucks.
