⊛ Event details and timings may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.
⊛ After the show begins, the on-site luggage storage service counter, Info and fan benefits redemption counter will be relocated next to the merchandise counter.
★ Soundcheck Guidelines
⊛ Soundcheck entry requires verification with a concert ticket. VVIP Area attendees please enter through the designated entrance during the soundcheck entry time.
⊛ Late arrivals will be considered to have forfeited their soundcheck viewing rights. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to the soundcheck to those who do not arrive within the designated time, and no refunds will be issued.
⊛ The soundcheck is regarded as part of the official performance, and all rules follow those of the main event.
⊛ After the soundcheck, attendees will not be asked to leave the venue. If you need to leave temporarily, please make sure to bring your ticket with you when exiting.
★ Fan Benefits Redemption
Redemption Method: Present the concert ticket to redeem fan benefits.
⊛ No hand strap is required for HI-BYE fan benefits. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff for line-up arrangements after the show.
⊛ Fan benefit hand straps are for personal use only. If the hand strap is removed or torn, you will lose the right to the fan benefits.
⊛ Keep the fan benefit hand strap on until the benefits are finished, as it is required for verifying eligibility.
⊛ Please collect your VIP exclusive photocards and TAIPEI exclusive photocard(s) at the fan benefits redemption counter before the show starts, redemption will not be available after the show begins.
⊛ HI-BYE and group photo fan benefits will be held after the show. HI-BYE will take place first, followed by the group photo session. Please follow staff instructions for the lineup.
⊛ Signed posters and signed polaroids will be available for collection at the Info after the concert. Unclaimed items will not be reissued or available for later redemption.
★ Merchandise Sales
⊛ Merchandise items are subject to availability at the venue. If the items sell out, sales will end early. Please follow the instructions of the staff for queuing and purchasing.
⊛ Please check quantities and items with on-site staff; no refunds or exchanges will be accepted once you leave the counter.
⊛ On-site payment can be made by cash or credit card. Please ensure you have the exact amount for cash payments.
★ Merchandise Pre-order Pickup
Process: Provide your order number (the 5-digit number starting with #) and phone number, and show a valid ID (such as an ID card or passport) to claim your order.
⊛ Please check quantities and items with on-site staff; no refunds or exchanges will be accepted once you leave the counter.
★ On-Site Luggage Storage Service
Pickup Deadline: Within 30 minutes after the fan benefits event ends on the same day
⊛ Storage fee: TWD 150 per item, charged per use (cash payment only).
⊛ It is strictly prohibited to store perishable, flammable, or any dangerous items. Please keep valuables with you.
⊛ Due to limited space, luggage storage service will be available until the storage area reaches full capacity. If you delay pickup, you will be responsible for your belongings, and the organizer will not be liable for safekeeping.
⊛ Please check your belongings upon pickup. The organizer is not responsible for any lost items once you leave the service counter.

⊛ For ticket-related inquiries, please visit the Info.
⊛ Only letters and cards will be accepted; gifts will not be accepted. Please ensure that letters and cards do not exceed A4 size. The letter box will be placed next to the info.
★ Event Guidelines
⊛ Live streaming without prior consent or using mobile phone tripods, external lenses, and professional equipment to record videos or take photos is strictly prohibited. If found, the staff will confiscate the equipment until the event ends. The organizers are not responsible for any damage or loss.
⊛ The following items are prohibited: food or beverages, selfie sticks, portable chairs, laser pointers, explosive items, noise-making devices like cheer sticks, and large items (A3 size or larger) or LED signs that may obstruct others’ view. Violators will have these items confiscated. Throwing objects onto the stage or at performers, or standing on chairs is strictly forbidden.
⊛ Items like phones, light sticks, and banners that obstruct the view of those behind you should not be held up for long periods. If other audiences complain, the organizer has the right to stop it.
⊛ To ensure a better viewing experience for everyone, no luggage will be allowed inside the venue. Items that do not meet the regulations will be denied entry, and you are responsible for safely keeping your personal valuables. The organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
⊛ For wheelchair seat audience, please visit the Info for ticket verification, and staff will guide you to your seat.
⊛ Each venue has its own entry rules, so please ensure compliance with all related guidelines.
⊛ Setting up displays or booths without the organizer's consent is prohibited.
⊛ If you refuse to follow these regulations, staff have the right to ask you to leave and reserve the right to pursue legal action. Please respect and protect the intellectual property rights of the artists.
⊛ All related policies are subject to the organizer's announcements and on-site conditions. The organizer reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the relevant content.
