Luma League, founded by Tim Z Falconer in 2011, our focus is on providing local "makers" in the developing world with kits, tools, and information they need to make innovative health-oriented hardware. We currently have prototypes helping newborns in hospitals in D.R. Congo, Haiti, and Nepal.

New-to-me kind of scam phishing. The link is to a web site that hosts apps, probably something that gives your phone diarrhea. This was sent to me on my LumaLeague page, which most definitely does not have any copyright infringing material.
