This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

As a veteran-owned company, this day carries deep meaning for all of us at Divergent Alliance. Their sacrifice is the reason we have the freedoms we enjoy today.

We remember. We honor. We never forget.

Safety Week | Built on Safety. Backed by It.
At Divergent Alliance, safety isn’t a talking point. It’s how we operate.
In the field, our crews look out for each other every step of the way. And we back that up with something a lot of companies don’t — full-time safety professionals on staff, actively supporting our crews and holding the standard.
We don’t just work safely. We invest in it.
That includes building, testing, and servicing protective grounds and jumpers so crews have equipment they can rely on every time they step onto a job.
Because safety isn’t just behavior. It’s preparation. It’s equipment. It’s accountability.
This Safety Week is a reminder: The standard you set before the job starts is what protects your crew during it.
We all go home together.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

This industry doesn’t talk about it enough.
Long hours. Time away from home. High risk work. Pressure to perform. Day after day. It builds up. And in a male dominated trade, too many people still think they have to carry it alone.
That mindset needs to change.
We talk about brotherhood and sisterhood in the union. About having each other’s backs. About being your brother’s keeper.
That doesn’t stop at the jobsite.
It means checking in. It means speaking up. It means asking a simple question and actually listening.
You don’t need to fix it. Just showing up matters.
If someone looks off, say something.
If you’re not alright, say something.

We want to thank DTE Energy for hosting yesterday’s Outage Restoration Contractor Meeting.
A lot goes into planning sessions like this. Getting everyone aligned on expectations, communication, and ex*****on is what makes the difference when restoration work needs to move fast and get done right.
We appreciate the time your team put into walking contractors through your new URMA application and how it will support faster, more effective response for your customers. Having that level of visibility and coordination only makes us stronger partners in the field.
These are the kinds of working sessions that matter. Better alignment now leads to better outcomes when it counts.
Thank you again for the opportunity to be part of it.

Not everything that keeps this country running gets seen.
When the lights go out, when storms hit, when conditions are at their worst, you show up. No hesitation. No shortcuts. Just hard work, long hours, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
This country doesn’t function without you. And neither do we.
At Divergent Alliance, we know exactly what it takes to do this work. The sacrifice. The time away. The pressure to perform when it matters most. You carry that responsibility every day, not just on storm, but in the routine work that keeps the grid standing.
Today is about recognizing that.
To every lineman out there, thank you for what you do and how you do it.

Seven days straight. No slowdown. No excuses.
Over the past week, Divergent Alliance crews have put in 8,000+ man hours worked SAFE across three storm events in two states—and we’re still going.
Ice. Wind. Cold.
Day shifts. Overnight shifts. No breaks in between.
This is what a no-quit team looks like.
Our crews don’t back off when conditions get worse. They lean in. They stay until the job is done and every customer is restored.
That’s the standard.
That’s the expectation.
Built for long hours. Built for bad weather. Built to finish.
Proud of every man and woman out there getting it done the right way—safe, relentless, and built for this.
