Wayne learned many moons ago, from his father, grandfather and probably Mr.Nac, in shop class.
I myself, totally guilty of having trouble reading a measuring tape. Yeah, I hear you, you work in a Hardware store. I have many skills, the measuring tape isn't it, so I ordered in the fractional ones.
And they are only $11.59+, 25'.
