So where do we begin......
Last night was sectionals and we faced some of the toughest competition yet but our girls didnt go down without a fight!!

Landry wrestled the #1 girl in the country and lasted 1:20 so she lasted the longest on the night against her!
Aubrey had another tough draw but she went out with determination and just fell short on her goal.
Gracey's mindset and determination won her first match. Her 2nd match was a battle that she lost by points. Her 3rd match ended on a high note with a 3rd place finish at sectionals.

Both Landry & Aubrey are seniors that had never touched a mat and the progress they made in one short year is definitely inspiring and shows anyone can start something if you have determination to do it! Good luck ladies in your future!

Gracey shows up and puts in the work. She is always eager to be on the mat and the determination in her never stops! Her 40-12 record this year is something to be proud of! Lets not forget she was also chosen to be the MVP at Conference. We are proud of this year accomplishments! She can only go up from here!
Next year starts now!!

The boys showed up today but unfortunately came up short for this year! Preparation for next year starts now!

We headed to regionals to find out that the top 2 advanced not the top 4 that we were told but our girls laced their shoes up tight and stood up to the new challenge ahead and Got It Done!
Congratulations to Gracey O'Brien on her 1st place regional championship. 2-0
Landry Flint with her 2nd place finish 1-1
Aubrey Bennett with her 2nd place finish 1-1
All 3 advance to next saturday sectionals in Stevens Point

Boys wrestled Conference in North Crawford
Dalton Lein went 2-1 for a 2nd place finish
Nick Byrd 5th place
Bristol Baumgartner 5th place
Next Saturday we head to Brookwood for super sectional!
Top 2 advance to the state tournament!!!

We slept fast and headed back on the road to Richland Center and the girls did not disappoint
Gracey O'Brien 4-0 with another 1st place finish
Aubrey Bennett takes 2nd place
Landry Flint takes 5th place
Next week Regionals
Top 4 place finishers head to the sectional
