While we are steady putting together our case discovery documentation, we felt it was time, again, to refresh the community's memory on Jordan Smith of Smith Elite Construction, LLC.

Jordan Anthony Smith who once lived in Bend, Oregon doing business as Elite Landscaping, LLC and currently resides in Burleson, TX doing business as Smith Elite Construction, LLC has a history of abandoning projects that he has been paid for and not returning the money. The client reviews on BBB (which he now has an F rating), BuildZoom, Yelp, and Bizapedia are littered with reviews that state this to be the experience of those that put their faith in this company and their work. It was brought to our attention BY ONE OF THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS that he sought out other family members (his wife has 2 under different names), neighbors and friends to create false positive reviews to dilute the many negative reviews, creating a flawed atmosphere of trust behind the work anyone could expect to receive from Jordan Anthony Smith and his mismanaged, unprofessional, poor communication, poor quality and lackadasical business practices.

If you have done business with Jordan Anthony Smith in either Oregon or Texas and were not satisfied, he did not meet his timeline to you, his work was of poor quality, or he abandoned your job, contracted or not, please send us a DM so that we can add you to our group putting together a class action lawsuit against him. We are also looking into extending the lawsuit for this web of lies to others who contributed to false reviews on review boards which played a part in the deceit as well.

Historically, class action lawsuits are very inexpensive to be a part of, and this being my mission to make sure he doesn't get away with this rotten behavior in Oregon or in Texas, I will be covering as much of the upfront costs as possible to make this painless for others so that they can feel they are able to get involved.

I have reattached the YouTube video of the TV broadcast complaint against his Landscape business before he moved to Texas and started the same behavior.

In case you have missed the original post, I found this video of Jordan Smith and his antics in Oregon. It shows he began his poor business behavior and mal management in Oregon with Elite Landscaping, LLC.

I have reached out to the TV station about their reporting of this story, and I will also be contacting the Landscaping Board of Contractors to gather the names and addresses of the ones he has stolen money from and abandoned their projects in Oregon. Since Oregon has a 6 year statute of limitations, they will be able to be part of the class action lawsuit we will be putting together against him.

This man should not be able to open another business.

By the way, from insiders that have reached out, and there are many that have, he is planning to move back to Oregon in the next month or so. If he thinks this will prevent a class action lawsuit, he is sadly mistaken. It costs the members of the lawsuit almost nothing to get started, and gathering the list of people who have been affected by his theivery to join has been pretty easy.

I will continue to post updates in hopes that if he ran off with money from someone he did not pull a permit for sees this, they will also reach out. I have at least one of those already. Those are just lagnappe for this lawsuit.
