Bonfire 🔥 for 🌭 and s’mores. Lots of teenage boys covered in mosquito bites and smiles 🤪🫣. My house is full of wet pool towels.

Day 3 in taking my life back is the first day of saying ✌🏻 to everything that causes candida.

☕️ Including soy for my latte that I had been splurging on, coffee flavoring, rice pasta cheats, apples 🍎 (ugh, this one hurt friends) ... and anything else that has sugar, turns into something like sugar, carbs, etc.

Yesterday, my Dr kindly informed me that I needed to do a 30-day Candida cleanse. My body is screaming with symptoms, so why not try it out. Have you looked at Candida symptoms?

I started taking my life back TODAY.

After a year of hormone, thyroid and endocrine system issues, I am feeling so much better and listening to my body. I gained 30-ish lbs (even without eating sugar, gluten and junk) over the past year, I was exhausted, spent days with heart palpitations, even my hair was falling out.

But I am done. I am done not being in control. So today I took it back.

✅ Workout
✅ Measurements, photos, water intake
✅ Food plan and logged with coach
✅ Prepped to kick Monday’s ass

Start today, friends. Don’t let something else take your life from you even one more day.
