Soon after, GMM invented, patented, expanded and evolved to be the leader in 3-5 axis bridge cutters, edge polishing and water-jet machines in the world
. Since its inception, the GMM group has delivered over 9000 machines to customers in more than 80 countries. In 1997 – incorporation of GMM International Ltd., in Hong Kong to better serve the Asia Pacific customers. In 2001 - incorporation of Mectoce SRL – a company specialized in precision metal working, to cope with its popular bridge cutters demand and quest for shorter delivery time & ever higher quality components. In 2004 - incorporation of GMM USA Inc., in Charlotte, NC, USA to serve the North America market, to cope with market expansion and offer prompt technical support. In 2007 – acquisition of a minority stakes of Cemar SRL - a company specialized in polishing technologies and launched the next generation edge polishing machines. In 2013 - acquisition of the full share capital of Cemar SRL. In 2017 – incorporation of GMM (Quanzhou) Ltd., in Shuitou, China – to cope with market expansion and offer prompt technical support,
In 2018 – acquisition of Techni Waterjet Pty Ltd., headquartered in Melbourne, Australia – a leading high pressure waterjet machines manufacturer in the world. Techni’s highly focus in R&D makes it possible to offer everything in-house from software control, high pressure pump, 5-axis cutting head and the machine structure.
