Well unfortunately I have had to discontinue 70 items across all different categories.

However this prompted me to sit down and really take a look at my product offering. In doing so I have added 3 new categories: 1. Buttons, Snaps & Suspender Parts, 2. Eyelets & Lacing and 3. Straps & Chains.

In addition to adding these new categories I have added a ton of new items. Including finishes and sizes, I have added 210 new items to the HardwareElf.Com web site. New items have been added to every category.

Come take a look and browse all of our new items..

I just wanted to let you know that I have been making some improvements to the web site. I replaced the paypal shopping cart with my own. This will now run much faster when you add an item to the cart and it will not have annoying pop-ups every time. It should make your buying experience much better. I am still using PayPal to take payment but you will not get to PayPal until it is time to pay.

It seems spring is nearly upon us, even here in Cleveland! Are you starting to think about summer vacation plans? If so now is a great time to check your luggage and make sure nothing is in need of repair. Hopefully not, but if you do find something we are always here with the parts you need to fix it yourself.

I just added a new rectangular ring to the web site. It comes in 2 sizes and 3 real nice finishes. It makes a great handle loop for purses. Check it out on our Rings page.

Well I am finally finished, with my new web server that is. As promised there are a lot of new items. 33 new items, with different sizes and finishes for 81 new SKUs overall! I have also added 3 new sections to the web site for Feet, Hinges and Handle Hardware. So check out what is new and please pass along HardwareElf.Com to your friends.

Thank you for your patronage, as a result our business is growing! Because of that growth we are outgrowing our servers, so I am working on moving the site to new servers right now. When that is finished and it goes live, it will also have over 30 new items that currently are not available. Hopefully it will be all finished in the next couple of weeks, there really is a lot to do.
