Before aluminum profiles receive their final color finish, they go through an important preparation stage — chromating.

Chromating is a special chemical pre-treatment process that prepares the aluminum surface before powder coating. This stage improves adhesion between the aluminum and the paint, creating a stronger, more durable bond.

As a result, the painted surface becomes more resistant to:

Behind every premium sliding door system is precision manufacturing
In this video, you can see the real production process of our aluminum profiles for sliding systems — specifically the rail profile used for our sliding doors.

First, the die goes through the nitriding process to strengthen the metal and improve durability. After that, it is removed, heat-treated, and prepared for installation into the press machine. Once the die is placed into the tooling system, the extrusion process begins — this is where the aluminum takes the exact profile shape and contour that we designed for our sliding system.

This rail profile becomes the foundation of every sliding door system, ensuring smooth movement, stability, and long-term performance.
