We had the great opportunity to partner with the Denison Area Chamber of Commerce to host an incredible group of students from the Denison Youth Leadership Academy.

Programs like this play a key role in shaping the next generation of leaders by connecting students with real-world business experiences and community leaders.

During their visit, we shared insights on how we operate as a business—focusing on KPIs, people, and processes—and had a very engaging conversation around what it takes to build a strong, high-performing organization.

What stood out the most?

The quality of the questions. Thoughtful, challenging, and curious—exactly what you want to see from future leaders.

It was a great reminder that leadership development starts early, and that investing time with students like these truly makes an impact.

We are proud to support initiatives like the Denison Youth Leadership Academy and to be part of developing the future generation of leaders right here in Denison.
