Kelley Axe & Tool Works True Temper Vanadium Hatchet. We Restored this rare and highly sought-after Kelley Vanadium Hatchet, by rebluing the head and mounting on a new 13 3/4" hickory handle. The etching and overall condition of this Hatchet is worthy of collectors grade. The Vanadium series of hatchets were made between early 1900s-1930s, by the respected worlds largest axe maker Kelly Axe and Tool Works. Charleston, West Virginia.
