J vs. S Handmade cotton guitar and camera straps. J vs. S straps are all handmade in Flint, Michigan. Check out our Etsy page for a current listing of available straps.

These straps were inspired by musicians and photographers tired of using boring nylon straps that didn't stay in place on the shoulder. We only use premium all-cotton or cotton-poly blend backing that doesn't slip. Our leather ends are hand cut in-house from genuine leather and sized to fit standard strap buttons on both electric and acoustic guitars. The all-steel hardware is strong and attractiv

e, and will last for the life of the strap. If you're local to me, I have special in-town pricing, so message me on FB for a quote. If you're looking for a custom strap with different button hole sizes, shorter/longer length, special colors, etc., please send me a note! The J vs. S email is [email protected]

Care & Feeding of Your Strap: Use it well and often! Every now and then check the screws to see if they’ve loosened. I add thread-locker to every screw, but better to be safe than sorry. If they do loosen, just add a dab of thread-locker or superglue, re-tighten, and enjoy!
