Blade Scales

Blade Scales Custom CNC-machined aluminum & G10 blade scales. Our scales are all made and anodized in-house. Very important for a knife that has nested liners.

We are located in Tennessee and have over 25 years experience in consumer product design and manufacturing. Knives are modeled with the hardware to ensure a perfect fit and centering with the replacement scales. Scales are CNC machined using a fixture designed just for that type of scale. CNC machining allows us to keep cost down but including anodizing every pair of scales takes about 2-1/2 hours

to complete. Most of our R&D time is currently spent on designing new products and creating new patterns for existing products. In the future more G10 scales will be added and possibly some titanium options as well. Some exciting new anodizing techniques are also in the works.
