Ok, we have been getting a LOT of requests for info on Heartbleed - and even more requests to help resolve the issues that it brings to light.

My first suggestion is to test your server and see if your tech team even needs to do anything about it - not every server is vulnerable. Use the link below - I have checked it out and endorse it's safety and value. We used a few other sites first and found that they gave us false passing grades on known failure sites, so - be wary of that.
