2025 was an outstanding year for Fort Miller Group. Last January, we proudly became 100% associate-owned, a milestone that strengthens our commitment to the Fort Miller legacy—providing jobs, opportunity, and recognition right here in Washington County.
What began 77 years ago in the hamlet of Fort Miller with just 7 associates has grown into something extraordinary:
✅ 560 associates strong
✅ Five local facilities employing over 500 people
✅ An additional manufacturing facility in Texas
Today, Fort Miller Group encompasses four major business units:

Big things are happening at Fort Miller Precast!
We’re growing to meet the needs of our customers—and that means new opportunities for YOU.
Building 14, the latest addition to our campus, is underway! At 35,000 sq. ft., it will house three massive gantry cranes, each capable of lifting 30 tons. This expansion will help us take on bigger projects and deliver even more for our customers.
We expect the building to be ready by late January 2026, and we’re looking for more than 20 new team members to join our employee-owned company.
