โจWe love seeing all of your friendly faces and helping you stock your freezers with fresh, local beef! Lately, weโve had a few great questions about how we operate, so we wanted to share a little bit about our rhythm and why we do things the way we do.

? As much as we love bringing you fresh, local meat, itโs just one of the many hats we wear! We also homeschool our kids and work both inside and outside the home. To make sure we get dedicated family time, we cherish our alternating weekends off. Selling every other Saturday has been the perfect sweet spot for our family and our customers!

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐? We don't have an online ordering system, and the honest truth is that we aren't around our inventory every day. Because of our other daily responsibilities, sticking to our scheduled every other Saturday sale dates is what works best for our familyโand thankfully, it keeps things simple and smooth for our amazing customers, too!

๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐? The wonderful folks at HB Hardware are incredibly gracious to let us set up shop inside their store every other weekend. However, Wide Open Spaces Beef is a completely separate business. Their team doesn't have access to our stock, so they won't be able to grab meat for you on our off-weeks.
Unfortunately, the hardware store's small freezer is still empty since we haven't had any extra meat to sell them lately.
We are so grateful for your understanding, your incredible support, and for letting us feed your families. We can't wait to see you at our next sale date! ๐พโค๏ธ
