ALVIN, TX - new customer had us remove a fiberglass/acrylic tub and surround unit then install a new SEP tub, 12" × 24" glossy porcelain tile, glass shelves, new fixtures and a shower door. Schluter trim was used for tile edges and around window. James assisted and finished in 4 days worth of work. Customer was excited with the new look and very happy with the final completion.

JACOB has been busy with repairs and Refinishing the last few weeks, and here's a few photos of work done. Rust and holes on both SEP and fiberglass units repaired with great skill and details. Awesome job Jacob. One return customer even sent me a text afterward Jacobs visit saying, "David, once again your customer service is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Jacob did an awesome job. He's a keeper. Thank you!"

HOUSTON, TX - Custom stained and satin finished pine doors for a return customer. 13 were worked and installed with new ball bearing hinges and custom hardware. Customer wanted the most natural wood grain look with custom stain that we mixed with 4 different stains to get a match to go along with her hardwood floors. Her comments were "We absolutely love them!" This project took us a bit of time but we wanted to provide exactly what she wanted so a few trial runs and we were locked in. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in the completion of this project!

PEARLAND, TX - Return customer had us update lighting in her house to recessed fixtures, refinish her shower pan, repair her shower door, install tile in master bathroom floors, paint the walls in master bath, new vanity with granite counter-top, Kohler sink, new faucets, new vanity lights and mirror installed. Jacob with the refinishing, James helping on painting and installations and Alejandro installed the lighting with sheetrock repairs and texture match. Great job guys in keeping return customers happy!

DANBURY, TX - Return customer was ready to do their second bathroom shower remodel. Jacob and Scott removed the old fiberglass acrylic shower unit, placed a new drain, faucet fixtures, mortar bed shower pan, and installed tile. Jacob even threw in his own design via tile runners by using some of the customers remaining plank pieces from the first shower a year ago, and did tile shelving along with a new shower door. I think they did a great job and had it complete in 5 days. Customer very happy, likes the larger look and durability of the new shower. Awesome!

FRIENDSWOOD, TX - REMODEL UPDATE: Master Bathroom shower and wall backsplash for a clawfoot tub completed with tile work. Doors are ordered and flooring is being completed today. I'll get pics of all the flooring and post tomorrow. Jacob did an awesome job on getting the subwalls plumbed, even and leveled before install, by far one of the most tedious prep jobs he has encountered. Great job Jacob, with help from Scott! Shower Walls are a 2ft x 2ft porcelain "POLISHED CONCRETE", with accent mosaics, and grey subway tile ceiling, and black river rock for the shower pan. Tub walls are the same POLISHED CONCRETE porcelain but with Ledger Stone MYSTERY STONE on the top portions.

PEARLAND, TX - Customer is selling her house, and she had 2 damaged wood floor planks in the middle of a bedroom (glued down) to be repaired for the sell. 2 hrs later I had the repair completed with a perfect fit. Always a challenge for you never know how the planks will remove and doing so while protecting the plank around them. She had some planks left over from the install and I got luck that 2 of the remaining 6 planks made a great fit. She likes it!

LEAGUE CITY, TX - Long time customer had us replace song soffit and fascia and paint, make and install new front solar screen, new back storm door installed and a ceiling fan installed. Scott assisted me and we got it completed with the same customer having us do some interior painting later this week. Great to have a crew that can do multiple tasks and with skillsets. And yes, the tape is on the fan cover for a reason, lol, but not to hold it to the ceiling!

FRIENDSWOOD, TX - 1st floor remodel kicked off last week with the arrival of the tile and paint. Masterbath shower pics here 4 days in, the walls had to be leveled with shims and spacers to get an even playing field and Jacob is doing wonders with it, along with Dalton and Scott helping out. Should be complete with it by this weekend. Painting main walls are complete for now, the rest and touch ups will be done after all trim and molding are installed. Flooring install kicked off yesterday with prep and tile set started today by Erin Boyd and his crew. Miles to go yet and will keep it updated.
