We're proud to be carrying Sol Soils!
It all started when the world was on lockdown, and one plant obsessed hobbyist answered the call to make a better soil option for plant parents of all skill levels, and he would call it Sol Soils. Travis learned his craft with his own plant collection when he realized the soil that he and every other plant lover was buying retained too much water for indoor plants (*ahem* root rot), and led to a host of other issues like fungus gnats and soil borne diseases. Yuck! A man of action, schooled in sustainability and an entrepreneurial spirit, he got down and dirty with dirt. Over a thousand hours of personal research later, and new friends in the soil science and botany communities, he was ready to share his soil with the world. With buckets of organic, gritty mixes and a whole lotta heart, Travis set off to change the houseplant experience one pot and one plant at a time.

Today, we’re saying “see you later” to a true hometown legend. 🇺🇸❤️
After years of hard work, leadership, and dedication, James has officially retired from our Justin store!

Many of you knew James as our General Manager, but long before that, he was out on the sales floor helping customers, sharing advice, and making people feel welcome the second they walked through the door. No matter the title, James has always been the kind of person who leads by example.

Before joining our Ace family, James proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps — and he brought that same commitment, discipline, and heart to our store every single day.

To say he’ll be missed is an understatement.

James, thank you for the years of service, the laughs, the leadership, and the countless ways you’ve helped shape our store and our team. We’re better because of you.

What an amazing few weeks it has been! ❤️
Our 7 Ladies’ Night events are officially wrapped up, and thanks to our incredible communities, we raised $28,000 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals — helping LOCAL kids through the children’s hospital closest to each of our stores.

To every person who came out, shopped, laughed, donated, bought raffle tickets, brought friends, and supported these events:

You turned a fun night out into something truly meaningful for families in our communities.
