No chemicals, just pure power.
With the all-electric Optima Steamer XE 18kW, we dropped the ATP count from almost 12,000 to under 50.
That’s not “just steam.” That’s chemical-free, high-impact cleaning powered by water.

Curious if steam is the solution your facility needs? Reach out to me at [email protected] — let’s find out together.

We’re here at the ISSA Show with Steamericas, putting the Optima Steamer to the test — literally. Using the Kikkoman Lumitester Smart ATP system, we swabbed cooked sausage residue on aluminum and got a reading of 303,000 RLU (ouch).

After a quick clean using only the power of steam, that number dropped to 95 RLU — far below the 500 threshold for food manufacturers and even meeting hospital-level standards (under 200).

Steam isn’t just “fancy cleaning.” It’s a modern, sustainable tool that helps food manufacturers, processors, and facilities clean better with less water, fewer chemicals, and zero wastewater — saving time, resources, and the planet. 🌎💧

Come see us at the booth 1350 and let’s talk about your cleaning needs and see if you use the power of steam from the Optima Steamer!

At the ISSA Show, we sat down with Yujin from Steamericas and Alissa from Kikkoman to talk about how ATP testing and steam technology work hand-in-hand to raise the standard of clean.

In this short 2-minute interview, we show how the Optima Steamer and the Kikkoman Lumitester Smart ATP tester make food-safety verification faster, smarter, and more sustainable — turning invisible contamination data into visible results.

🎥 Watch the full clip to see how a simple test proves that steam isn’t just efficient — it’s measurable.
