ICYMI: I had been living in toxic mold for 5 years.
For the last four years, my doctor had insisted that I was being exposed to mold. After about a year of high mycotoxin testing- he uses for mold mycotoxin testing- it wasn’t until the third (accurate) mold inspection (via ) that we did actually find mold throughout our home.

Throughout not only my physical mold treatment process, but also now through our mold remediation process, I have been forced to become a pseudo expert in both.
I’ve been chronicling not only my treatment process, but our entire mold remediation process and I feel like I can’t actually start to show you the remediation itself until I talk you through what happened before any of our walls were opened up / how we selected our mold remediation company ( 🏠 🦠 )

Mold has to be remediated properly for it
A) to not come back and
B) for you to actually heal.
