We are still hiring for all hourly positions, including Entry Level Production Laborers! For those that are unaware of the name change, we’re the paper mill in Downtown Lynchburg that has been here for the last 100+ years.

We’re commonly known for our complicated variation of the 8-hour swing shift schedule, but after working this for well over 50 years, we’re ready for some change! This year, we will be implementing a variation of the DuPont 12-hour schedule for our production workers, giving our employees much more work-life balance while offering very competitive pay. We are actively recruiting in preparation for that switch. We are so excited for the positive changes coming our way and can’t wait for you to join our team!
