This week has been nothing short of making things happen so far.

Yesterday we wrapped up two bathroom facelifts. We helped transform these two spaces in rental units that required some much needed attention after years of putting a bandaid on troubled areas. The mold was removed, the drywall was replaced and the bathroom was sealed properly to prevent future issues. The flooring and fresh paint really brightened up these bathrooms from drab to fab. The transformation is a night and day difference and we know the landlord and tenant are both thrilled about the upgrade! Thank you for trusting us to tackle this for you, we really appreciate the support and opportunity to give you peace of mind in your units!

Now we’re heading North to work on a cabin to finish off the week. So stay tuned for some progress pictures of that ongoing job!

Good Morning!! We need our communities help—like && shares also help spread the word if you can’t donate!!!

We are looking for donations to help fund the cost of materials only, to build an access ramp for a retired disabled veteran in Marshfield that currently has no wheelchair accessibility at their home. As you can imagine this makes leaving his home more stressful than it ever should be, let’s come together as a community and help give him his freedom back in the same way he fought for ours!!

Donations can be sent via Venmo -Berkholtz (qr in comments please put the reason as donation for disabled veteran project) or you can reach out to arrange a pick up or drop off donation! As soon as we have the funds, we will be moving forward with the project!
