Today, we celebrated the retirement of a leader whose impact reaches far beyond our walls and into the communities we serve. Someone who helped build the foundation of our company.

Through years of dedication, hard work, and sacrifice, John Ritter carried forward a family legacy that continues to impact our employees, our customers, and their families every single day.

While he may be stepping away from the day-to-day operations, in the family business, retirement just means a different kind of seat at the board table, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

After the job site winds down, the real conversation begins. 🗣️

Builders from across our community joined us last week for an event of burgers from Boss Burger, real-time market insights, and hands-on product updates from Simpson Strong-Tie and 3Wood. We were also able to share the technology we use to track deliveries in real time and see pictures of the material delivered, where you need it, when you need it, helping you build smarter, faster, and better.

Today we close a chapter with someone who’s been part of our story for nearly a decade! 😲

From day one, Tristan has shown up, worked hard, and left his mark on our team in ways that won’t be forgotten. While we’re sad to see him go, we couldn’t be more excited to watch him chase what’s next in Austin; the place we’ve known he’s wanted to be since the beginning.
