This week:
(1) sent groceries to "A" she's a single mom, works full time with two small children but still needs help paying for food for her family....groceries prices are on the rise .....
(2) donated baby bouncy seat to "E" who with his partner are fostering babies...
(3) food donation to Mama Moses UGRR to assist local families

When I feel overwhelmed with the cruelty and sadness that I see in the news I can only get by by doing small acts of kindness to help pass along kindness to the community.

Once again, I invite you to join me on this journey… I cannot sit by and do nothing. My heart is too sad. If you find yourself on this page and have information to share, please do. I have never in my life, met more kind, loving wonderful people that I have through Sooznpopps… Let the adventure begin. I will be very vigilant at protecting the personal information of families that I’m helping

Well now I find myself sad, heart broken and devastated by many things going on in this country - so I turn back to what I do best - DO something. My focus will be different as there is a tremendous need in the area for assisting single mothers who don’t have enough food for their children or are in need of household items. I also plan to share any resources that I learn about in the local area.

Hey folks! You haven’t heard from me in a while - I moved to NC to be near my daughters and her expanding family (photo with my grandson) . I started Sooznpopps in 2018 when I needed a way to channel my anchor at the Trump administration. I decided to turn my anger into action and spent countless hours in the workshop refinishing furniture for folks. It was one of the best Times of my life I met so many wonderful families.

Happy Helpings: eight large grocery bags delivered to single mom who is fighting cancer. She is disabled and cannot drive. Her fridge and freezer were empty. This will feed her and her daughter through the holidays. This gives her time to get connected with local food pantries.

I have settled in NC now and am looking to help families, especially single mothers, in their difficult times. In MA I provided support through furniture donations. Here in NC at this time there are many many families who are struggling to put food on their tables and feed their families. My focus may need to change to meet basic needs of families
