What an amazing time our team had today teaching the 50+ girls attending the NAWIC Greater Orlando - Chapter 73 Construction Career Camp about doors and hardware. Those volunteers are doing such a great job. There wasn’t a bored kid in sight! They each got a chance to assemble a lock set on their own. They enjoyed doing that activity, asked great questions and stayed engaged. Looking forward to joining them again on Friday for the construction career expo.

A few of the MILLS & NEBRASKA Team members are preparing our materials, practicing our techniques as we prepare to teach more than 50 girls attending the 2023 NAWIC Greater Orlando Chapter 73 Construction 🚧 Career Camp. Today they will get the chance to learn how to install a new door handle. We’re so proud to support the Greater Orlando chapter in their continuous efforts to educate the younger generation about careers in the construction industry. Here at Mills & Nebraska, we are driven by a philosophy of continuous growth. We are so excited to teach the girls in today’s session.

In this session Shel Hart of FL Venture Catalyst is covering the basics of financial training by teaching us about credit and how to manage it, how to build our personal wealth by budgeting and debt management and much more!
