Crazy situation caused by poor work of a local general contractor whom caused this cool family a major delay in being able to enjoy their shower in the master suite. We found two areas causing leaks one on a handsprater and the other in some cheap plastic showerpan liner. Check out the orocess and the results. 🫡

Very exciting video with a special guest star 😉

This is one of my neighbors home and her upstairs area gets unreasonably warm due to poorly installed old school pink R-13 insulation in her attic. Not to mention said insulation was saturated in old rat whiz and smelled ungodly.

We used the products and there was a very noticeable difference in temp during our two day install regarding the interior ambient temps. Id expect she’ll see a 10-15 degree temp drop in the upstairs bedrooms 👍🏼

Problem solving at its finest. Client wanted more storage space and a larger capacity washer dryer set up. I came up with a new way to utilize the space with more storage in the process. Once the old washer/dryer cameout we had enough space under the honed quartzite stone to install an 18” triple drawer cabinet and an 80” tall cleaning supply pantry. Now that corner isnt a gathering spot for brooms and mops out in the open and the countertops are bare since the laundry supplies are stored out of sight.
