Shandy Tack is created in a small shop (aka kitchen table) in Los Olivos, California by Arizona-cowboy Larry Shandy. Before moving to the central coast 5 years ago, Larry lived and worked in Arizona, Utah, Montana & Wyoming guiding pack trips & elk hunts, as well as punching dudes (on the trail, not in bars ;), shoeing horses, team roping, and building tack. His skills were learned at a young age
by watching and helping his father in his boot & saddle repair shop. Larry aims to create quality products that are both functional and unique in order to set you apart on the ranch or rodeo. He loves finding unique hardware to create one-of-a-kind pieces & collaborating with people to create completely original custom items. When Larry's not in the "shop" you can find him team roping, snowboarding and/or drinking beer. ;) Shandy Tack originated as just a weekend hobby but continues to grow as more people want to add a piece of Shandy Tack to their collection.
