Customer had some specific requests for a set of steps. Main concern was a larger step than a standard step, second was to shorten the height from step to step so he could safely go up and down the stairs. Steps are 14 inches wide and the 5 1/2 inches from step to step. Closed in the ends and put a door on it so it could be used as storage.

Customer was very specific on what they wanted, a right hand shooting bench, specific on the size, most importantly it had to have a backrest. Never done a backrest on a shooting bench before. I end up making 3 backrest prototypes, this is what I decided on. The others were the length of the bench but they interfered with with the right arm when shooting.

Best thing about working for yourself is you don't feel as bad calling in sick or showing up late. So this morning I told myself I was going fishing even though I had 2 projects going on. Well, turns out I made the correct decision. Very few times fishing do you catch a 29 inch Snook and the very next cast a 28 inch Snook both under the say mango tree. All in all it was a good couple hours, total of 4 Snook all over 20 inches, 7 trout, smallest was 18 inches and the largest was 26 inches.

Finished up another single and double. Both were made a little bigger at the request of the customer. The single i added 3 inches in width to the arm rest. On the double i added 15 inches, it ended up being 97 1/2 inches long and 61 inches deep. (And it's very heavy). Both turned out awesome.
