I've had my hands on a piece of wrought iron for a while now. Figured it was time to finally make a knife out of it. I know wrought can be a challenge due to its grain structure, but I managed to make this san mai camp knife out of it.

I had intended to use 1080 for the core but grabbed 15n20 on accident 🤣. still looks good.

Here's one of the chef knives I had displayed at the recent gun and knife show.

It's a 7" santoku-style with a near full flat grind. I bought the tomato especially to test the batch of kitchen knives since I dont eat them or keep them in the fridge.
