The EDP Process Engineer at Owens Corning is designed to recruit experienced engineering graduates with 3-5 years of ex
perience in a manufacturing environment. As an employee, you will work alongside technical professionals who are experts in their field. You will be mentored in varied assignments in a manufacturing plant to find innovative ways to create value while improving your personal skills and performance. The training you will receive includes: Safety leadership; Manufacturing processes and product training; Applied statistics; Leadership development and Lean Six Sigma. At the conclusion of a 12 month training period, this experience will prepare you to take full responsibility as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer. In addition, this experience will prepare you for leadership roles in the technical organizations of Owens Corning where you will have significant impact on broader organization success.
