We would like to inform our valued customers and community members that after 28 years of dedicated service, our computer repair store will be closing its doors as we prepare to retire. This decision was not made lightly and comes after careful consideration of various factors, including changes in the industry, evolving technology, and personal circumstances. This marks the end of a significant chapter in our lives and a journey filled with countless memorable moments, loyal clients, and a passion for technology. Throughout these 28 years, we have been committed to providing reliable, efficient, and affordable computer repair services. Bob and I have worked tirelessly to support individuals, families, and businesses in maintaining their technological needs. We are proud of the relationships we have built and the trust we have earned over nearly three decades.
Our journey began in the late 1990s, a time when personal computers were just beginning to become a staple in homes and offices. Over the years, we have witnessed and adapted to rapid technological advancements, from the rise of the internet to the proliferation of mobile devices. During this time, we have handled countless repairs, from simple software troubleshooting to complex hardware replacements. We have also provided valuable advice and support to our customers, helping them navigate the often-confusing world of technology.
The decision to close is driven by several factors, including increased competition from larger chains and online service providers, changes in consumer needs. Over the past nearly three decades, our store has been a trusted destination for individuals and businesses seeking reliable computer repair services. Our last day of operation will be April 30th, and we encourage all customers to visit us before then for any outstanding repairs or inquiries. We will ensure that all ongoing projects are completed and that our customers are well taken care of during this transition.
Although we are closing this chapter, we look forward to enjoying our retirement and exploring new pursuits. We hope that our legacy of dependable service will be remembered fondly, and we remain grateful for the opportunity to have served our community for nearly three decades.
