Chapter Three attendees will get a firsthand look at Endicott’s recently upgraded thin brick production process, including new rectifying equipment designed to precision-grind thin brick flats and corners to PCI dimensional tolerances.

The tour will follow the process from raw material and forming through quality verification, precision rectifying, waxing and final packaging.

Tour transportation, lunch and snacks are included with Chapter Three registration.

The pre-cast walls are going up at the new Wagner Community Center! Get updates at EPD.org/referendum.

The finished brick exterior at Siena at Old Orchard started with a precast structure underneath it.

Hollowcore, beams, and columns formed the lower-level parking structure, while precast wall panels created the shell of the two six-story buildings.

That gave the project a structural system that could support the 110-unit development from the parking level up.
