Baldwin Supply's Twin Cities Belt shop is a 50,000 Sq Ft Facility dedicated to fabrication and installation of conveyor belting of all kinds. The state of the art belt fabrication shop has many capabilities that include, perforating, cleating, v-guiding, digital cutting, lacing, custom fabrications, and much more. These include but are not limited to aggregate and mining, food and beverage, agriculture, poultry, packaging equipment, power generation, medical and industrial conveyors.

Better product knowledge means better answers for our customers.

That's why a few of our team members spent last week at the Dodge School of Transmissioneering in Greenville, South Carolina. The week included hands-on work with Dodge products and valuable time with the people who design and support them.

We came back sharper and better connected to a key partner. Thanks to the Dodge Industrial team for hosting.

An industrial laundry equipment manufacturer came to us needing a lighter, cheaper, lower-maintenance lift system. Our team worked on-site with their engineers to solve it.

Their existing rack and pinion lift system was heavy, costly, and required constant grease and oil to keep running. Working alongside Gates Corporation, our team got hands-on with the customer's prototype. They used an acoustic sensor to "listen" to the belt tension and dial it in just right, similar to tuning a guitar string.

The new timing belt-driven system cuts weight, lowers cost, eliminates the lubrication maintenance, and runs quieter. Our linear rails and bearings keep the load guided and stable throughout.

Baldwin Supply is now open in Omaha, Nebraska, marking our 14th branch location.

The new branch puts local inventory and custom belting capabilities closer to customers in Nebraska, with faster response times for the manufacturing, aggregate, food and beverage, agriculture, and meat and poultry processing operations we serve. The shelves carry trusted lines like Dodge, U.S. Tsubaki, Habasit, Fenner Dunlop, and Martin Sprocket & Gear.

We gathered in Hibbing last week to celebrate the retirements of Jeff Ledoux and Scott Anderson. Jeff has been with Baldwin for 17 years, and Scott for 23 years. Thank you both for everything you've brought to our team and our customers over the years.

We are so proud and grateful for our Sioux Falls team, who turned around a customer emergency in under two and a half hours today. From the first call to a belt back on-site and running, that kind of speed doesn't happen by accident. It's what happens when a team communicates fast and gets straight to work.

This is exactly how we continue to earn our customers' trust.

We opened our doors at Baldwin Supply Company headquarters this week for an open house, and it was great to see so many customers, vendors, and partners from near and far.

There’s something special about stepping away from the day-to-day and spending time together. Great conversations, food trucks, and time together made for a fun afternoon at our Twin Cities office.

It was a great opportunity to connect, strengthen partnerships, and celebrate the relationships that have helped make Baldwin what it is today.

Shoutout to our warehouse team and driver for stepping up during a breakdown at one of our Hibbing customer's facilities. For this customer, we had their parts in stock, and made a 3.5-hour round trip the same day to get them what they needed to get them back up and running.

We're grateful for our team that's able to move quickly to come through for our customers.
