Just started the latest table. Painted the table top and laid down the initial stencils. Have to outline it all with acrylic paint pens to sharpen it all up and get those crisp, clear lines and to make it all pop. Also have to add the dolphins eye as well still.

Went with a distressed edge look and might strategically distress the top in a few places as well (not 100% set on that idea yet).

Tomorrow will most likely start cutting and routing the legs too.

Well, the latest table and most intricate I have attempted design wise is now complete and hope it gives my friend, Al, a lot of years of use in his man cave.

This table definitely challenged me and made me a little grayer from the stress, but it turned out about 85-90% close to where I would have personally liked it and learned a few new lessons in the process that I will take forward and try to remember and apply.

As with many of my projects, the money raised from the sale will go back to Shootout for Soldiers Canandaigua / Shootout for Soldiers and my fellow veterans.

Starting the polyurethane process on the legs and table top for the Knighthawks table. Slow going and a little stressful, but have confidence it will come out great.

Laid everything out for a dry fit as well to get a feel for how everything will look and go together when the time comes. Still have to measure and cut out support/cross beams once the 4 legs are attached.

Final overlay complete - eyes done.

Now to just finish the table legs, assemble and poly.

In the middle of the latest project for a client - a Rochester Knighthawks table was requested.

Definitely my biggest challenge to date and stressing me out a bit because I want it to be perfect 😀

Learning a lot about spray paint and the tips, tricks and magic to fix issues, apply it and make things come out as close to exact as possible. Definitely gives me a huge new appreciation for graffiti artists - LOL
