**Our Story **

Founded in 2009 by retired US Navy Officer Ramzy Azar, RazarSharp is a Washington, DC rooted, locally owned small business committed to helping people create and maintain beautiful urban lawns and gardens by providing tools designed for city living. As the owner of a row house in Northwestern DC, Ramzy Azar had always been in search of a convenient way to mow his small urban yard. While traveling in Brazil he stumbled across the perfect solution: the MiniMower, a small, high-quality electric lawnmower built for small city yards. It was small enough to fit in the carry-on compartment on his flight back to the US, but packed more than enough power to cut his grass. Seeing the opportunity to provide these products to his neighbors, he built a partnership with the Brazilian manufacturer to bring these innovative products to the United States. In four short years, RazarSharp has grown to serve customers in the DC metro area, and across the United States. In addition to providing quality products, RazarSharp is committed to making a lasting difference in the community through partnerships with youth empowerment organizations, public schools, and local community gardens.
