🌿 How to Properly Store Rubberwood & Acacia Veneer Sheets 🌿
Smart storage means longer life & better quality.

Whether you're using veneer sheets for plywood production, furniture, or packaging – proper storage is key to maintaining their strength and appearance.

Here are 5 quick tips to protect your veneer:

✅ Keep it dry, but not too dry
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Store in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold or cracks.

✅ Elevate off the ground
Use pallets or wooden beams to raise the stack at least 5–10cm above ground to avoid moisture absorption.

✅ Stack evenly and cover well
Place sheets flat and evenly stacked. Use a waterproof cover or tarpaulin to protect from dust and moisture.

✅ Rotate old stock first
Always use older sheets first to avoid long-term storage damage. Follow the FIFO rule: First In, First Out.

✅ Check moisture levels
If you store veneer long-term, check moisture content before using. Ideal moisture: 8%–15% depending on application.

📌 Pro tip: Rubberwood veneer is less prone to warping, while acacia is stronger – choose the right one for your needs!
