Baldwin Supply's Twin Cities Belt shop is a 50,000 Sq Ft Facility dedicated to fabrication and installation of conveyor belting of all kinds. The state of the art belt fabrication shop has many capabilities that include, perforating, cleating, v-guiding, digital cutting, lacing, custom fabrications, and much more. These include but are not limited to aggregate and mining, food and beverage, agriculture, poultry, packaging equipment, power generation, medical and industrial conveyors.

This Thursday, we're hosting our 10th Annual AD Field Marketing Summit!
Ten years ago, we started bringing our sales team together with key AD supplier partners to sit down face to face, share what's working, talk honestly about what isn't, and build real plans together.

That's still exactly what it is. A room full of people who've been in the trenches together solving problems for customers, finding product, moving fast when it matters. We find it critical to take time to sharpen what we do and strengthen the relationships behind it.

Over the past 10+ years at Baldwin Supply Company, Ed has worked his way from the warehouse into expediting, customer service, and inside sales support. Today, he’s known for being responsive, accountable, and committed to doing what he says he’s going to do.

From managing lead times to helping customers find the right solutions, Ed brings local knowledge, proactive support, and a customer-first mindset to every order.

A pallet shipment ran late on a critical racking project at CAP Des Moines. Before it could become their issue, the Baldwin Des Moines team was already moving — sharing on-hand inventory, arranging an additional pickup and delivery, and supporting the project on-site until the job was done.

This is what we mean when we say we show up for our customers.

When two urgent jobs in Fargo came in at the same time — a breakdown and a walk-in request — the heavy belt team over in Appleton, WI, quickly shifted gears and rearranged the day to get both done. With a smaller crew that day, it wasn’t easy, but the team stepped up and kept things moving.

By our branches working together and staying flexible, they were able to help both a new local customer and a long-time key account without missing a beat. We are so proud of the way our team responds when customers need us most.
