STONEWARE SPECIAL PINT GLASSES FOR BEER
made by mineral natural elements and craftsmanship
Used white doughs, clay, kaolin, feldspar, purified inert sands. Handcrafted on the lathe and left to dry naturally. First cooking slow and gradual up to 1000 °C cooling then in 24 hours. Follows the manual deposit of two-coloured glaze, light inside and dark outside. Second cooking at 1250 °C to set the per

manent glaze in other 24 hours. Different effects appears due to the temperatures and the flames of the furnace. High cooking in the furnace cause transformations that tend to deform the pints. Utilizzati impasti bianchi argille, caolino, feldspati, sabbie inerti purificate. Lavorati artigianalmente al tornio vengono lasciati essicare naturalmente. Prima cottura lenta e graduale fino a 1000°C poi raffreddando in 24 ore. Segue deposito smalto manuale bicolore interno chiaro ed esterno scuro. Seconda cottura a 1250°C a fissare lo smalto permanente in altre 24 ore. Appaiono riflessi ed effetti diversi causa temperature e fiamme del forno. Alte cotture in forno causano trasformazioni tendenti a deformare le pinte. Il ritiro del 16% post-cottura impone la selezione per un prodotto ottimale.
