Free Tip : Before you build a house with out of town builders . Get a trade reference from local building suppliers and hardware shops.

A valuable tip before signing up with a builder, do some research and get reference from the local building supply companies on how they pay their accounts , you dont want the builder to abscond 1/2 way with your money .

You can always open a deposit account with your local building supplier and have the builder draw off. That way you are in full control.

Take care there are always a few bad apples in a bunch
