One of the biggest inhibitors to well-being and contributors to dis-ease is stress. It messes with not only our body, effecting digestion, elimination of toxins and sleep, but also our emotional, mental and spiritual functioning, connection and clarity. There are numerous techniques and methods to help support us in life. We are all aware of many, yet they only work when you use them consistently. I am sharing a few that I use daily and without question have an enormous positive impact on my day to day experience. Now more than ever it is vital to take charge and adopt one or two of the numerous offerings out there to keep yourself grounded and if full expression of who you are meant to and can fully be.

Acidity results in inflammation, which is one of the root causes of disease. Our body is naturally always striving for balance where we are not too “alkaline” nor “too acidic”.
The pH measures the concentration of hydrogen ion in the body and works to a scale of 1-14. A pH of 7 is neutral and anything below is considered acidic. The ideal pH for our bodies is slightly alkaline, between 7.30 to 7.45.

This is within our control as there are many simple and inexpensive ways to keep your body in balance and boost your immunity. Our family eat the colors of the rainbow, yet our focus is primarily on greens.
